Lara van Druten: managing director

Lara is a senior executive with a substantial track record in clean-tech, innovation and change management, spanning both the private and public sector.

She has an unique ability to bring together different worlds and interests by translating an opportunity into a business case that is exciting to multiple stakeholders.

Previously, Lara was Operational Division Director with the French multinational Altran, where she led the company’s sustainability business practice. Lara’s projects have received numerous awards and she was a nominee for Innovator of the Year by the Dutch government.

She is also Chairperson of the Board at BothEnds, an International NGO working on issues related to sustainability and poverty alleviation, and of the Joke Waller Hunter Initiative that stimulates leadership in environmental NGOs in developing countries.

Frans de Pater: Business and Marketing Manager

Frans has an extensive international experience in operations, marketing and finance. He has worked in Africa (Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Senegal and Niger), Suriname, Switzerland, Denmark and The Netherlands. He is both strategic and entrepreneurial in his approach; a good communicator and creative, visual thinker.

Whilst not always conventional in his approach, he is dedicated to achieving results. He sincerely believes that business needs people and is effective in his ability to positively involve them in order to create new opportunities.
