Herman Bouwman

Herman is a lawyer by profession, with a special expertise in M&A as well as patents and licenses.

He was a former board member of Royal Dutch Papermills, Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts and the Novagraaf Group. Currently he is a supervisory board member a.o. with LindeGas BOC and Amstelco Energy Resources (Oil & Gas), in Indonesia. He is, amongst others, also on the board of the Foundation for Preference Shares of Wolters Kluwer.
